LUXURY CANDLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
In the picturesque South Downs National Park is where you will find our candles being created. Every step is expertly managed to ensure your candle burns perfectly and smells beautiful.
As part of the development process, each fragrance has a set inclusion level that adheres to safety standards but also allows for optimum burn performance (also known as a lovely smelling room!). Burn trials in the lab use wicks from a range of 500 different types! Once everything is perfect, the production process can begin.
Pouring the wax

Add the Wicks by hand
THE TEAM THEN ADD THE WICKS, AGAIN BY HAND A FIRM WAX CORE ON THE WICKS ENSURES AN EVEN BURN.
Cooling process
THE CANDLES ARE LEFT TO COOL AND SET FOR 48 HOURS
Labeling
FINALLY THE CANDLES ARE HANDED OVER TO THE PACKAGING TEAM, WHO WILL APPLY THE LABELS AND ENSURE THAT THEY ARE PERFECTLY FINISHED…
